We had our first treatments almost a month ago. I’m stunned, we are so happy with the state of our yard and plants and bushes. We had major damage from the freeze. We were sceptical that some of those plants would recover. They assured us they would. And they were right. Not only recovered but are thriving blooming and growing.
We now see how we were throwing away our money on another national company we were using for years.

My lawn lost color and did not look healthy with a lot of weed growth encroaching parts of the lawn area. I subscribed to Green ER program B in July, 2022, to see if I can get its state improved. They also did the aeration and gypsum treatment. The weed growth got under control within a couple of months and had been that way all the time. I was told that I should see the condition of the grass should also start improving from 2 months. However, the condition of the lawn has not improved.

Since winter is kind of a dormant period, I waited until March (8 months after the program started). Still there was no improvement.

I called Luis and explained the situation. He responded promptly and scheduled an appointment. He came to my place, analyzed the situation, adjusted the sprinkler water timings as needed for my lawn and did an extra fertilizer treatment to get the lawn into a good state. Kept in touch with me for the next couple weeks to ensure it's working. Lawn looks great. I renewed my service again.

Although I did not have a good experience initially, I gave 4 stars for Luis' customer service. I understood that if you see no improvement, just try to get in touch with him sooner than later and you'll sure be heard.

Previously I have used T***G****service and my yard was not preforming in the way that it should have. I switched to GREEN-ER. Luis spent time with me explaining what my yard needed and how it should be done. Magic!! within one month I do not have weeds, my grass is responding to the treatment that it is getting and all plants look healthy and getting the new growth that they should.
